Abstracts

The conference programme includes free communications and posters, and the organizers invite all delegates to submit abstracts. Both from those who organize PhD programmes, and also from PhD students. 

The main theme of ORPHEUS 2009 conference is "Setting standards for the PhD degree in biomedicine and health sciences", but contributions on other topics concerned with the biomedicine and health science PhD degree will be welcomed. PhD students should note that abstracts should be concerned with PhD training and not their projects.

Abstracts (maximum 300 words) should be sent by e-mail in Word format to the scientific secretariat (Inge Haislund, iha@sun.au.dk ). Please use the attached form.

Abstracts will be reviewed by an abstract review committee, who will also select which abstracts should be presented as free communications. Prizes will be given for the best PhD student abstracts.

Deadline for receipt of abstracts is 1 March 2009.
