Reservation

The Conference Secretariat offers hotel accommodation at special reduced rates. Hotel reservations can be made via the online registration and the hotel deposit can be paid online together with the registration fee.  

Reservations will only be valid after the deposit has been received. Please note that reservations are made on a first-come first-served basis at the time of receipt of deposit payment (per room) by the Conference Secretariat. If the Hotel of your choice is not available at the time of booking, the closest alternative will be allocated. 

In order to secure a type of accommodation that suits your needs and wishes, you are encouraged to book as soon as possible. If you require a triple bedroom, please contact DIS Congress Service in writing, stating all names and arrival and departure dates.

Scandic Hotel Plaza ****

Scandic Plaza hotel is located next to the

famous Arne Jakobsen designed City Hall of Aarhus. The Central Station is 2 minutes walk away and the shopping street is also conveniently located around the corner. The hotel has sauna, fitness room and whirlpool.

Walking distance to the Conference venue is 2 km. Busses to the venue leaves just outside the hotel.

Cab Inn Århus ***

Cab Inn Aarhus was built in 2001. Located in the absolute center of Aarhus at Store Torv and down to the cannel, you are in walking distance to almost everything in Aarhus. There are 192 rooms in a high standard and all rooms are multi-purpose. It is possible to have rooms for 1-3 persons. The rooms are clean and comfotable but quite small so it could be a matter of space for two people's luggage.

Walking distance to the Conference Venue is 1,5 km

Economy rooms - bunk beds, cheap but small:

Commodore rooms - twin beds and a little bit more space:
