Proceedings

Delegates may also submit a manuscript for inclusion in the Proceedings of the meeting.

Manuscripts should not exceed 8 pages, double-spaced. Please use British Medical Journal style (see http://resources.bmj.com/bmj/authors/bmj-house-style).

Manuscripts should be submitted electronically to the scientific secretariat (iha@sun.au.dk) not later than 1 June 2009. The deadline has been extended to allow delegates to send in further contributions based on their experience of the conference.
